Soleil Lofts are located in the McGinley Square section of Journal Square this is an area rich in culture and rapidly developing. With St. Peter’s proposed new student center and other developments Montgomery St between Kennedy and Summit will become one of the most picturesque strips in Jersey City.

Journal Square is a vibrant diverse community that is virtually untapped from a residential development perspective. • The Farmers market/Open air Market: operating July through November. Every Wednesday and Friday 11 am-7 pm (rain or shine)
• Free live music!: In the Square! Wednesdays and Fridays up until Sept 22. Blues! Jazz! Latin! Soul! The sound of music fills the air during our Fountain Entertainment Series as local artists provide music for your lunchtime pleasure.
• Navratri Festival 2010: starting in October. All were welcome to enjoy the cultural diversity of our county by joining us for Navratri - a festival of dance, music, and community at "India Square"
• Sidewalk Sales : April through August , First Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of every month. Journal Square retailers display their wares outside their doors. There will be Square Deals on hundreds of items, from clothing to house wares, gifts to jewelry.
